The first term is coming to a difficult end for Bush. If you remember the military commission / tribunal system put in place to deal with the Guantanamo Bay detainees, people questioned the Constitutionality of them and also whether or not the policy followed the Geneva Convention.
Turns out, a district judge feels the same way, and is doing something about it.
