Hancock: Awesome. It would probably be a pain in the ass to be a super hero sometimes. Also, if you liked half of it and hated half of it, I liked it for precisely the reason you hated it.
Wanted: Awesome. Like Fight Club and The Matrix but with better dialogue and cool bullets.
The Happening: Sucked. The only thing Happening in this movie is the end of Shyamalan’s career, am i rite. This movie is also a sales pitch for Creative Design. What a twist!
Iron Man: Awesome. Just… awesome.
The Incredible Hulk: Awesome. Only complaint is that they handed Hulk some Official Hulk Powers™ but then took away sub-orbital jumping.
Get Smart: Awesome. And way funnier than I thought it would be. Steve Carrel is starting to display way more depth as an actor than I suspected he had. Also, The Rock + Comedy = +5
Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of Poor Script Choices: Mostly sucked. Positive included Harrison Ford, Shia LeBeouf, the score, and an interstellar stinkeye. Negatives: Everything else.
ON DVD:
Atonement: Thanks a pantload for having no way out, movie.
Rambo: Actually found myself thinking “Is this too violent for a Rambo movie?” while watching it. So what does that tell you?
National Treasure, Book Of Secrets: Sometimes I feel guilty that I like watching Nick Cage movies.
Wild Hogs: Spoiler Alert: PETER FONDA
Be Kind, Rewind: Totally awesome. And totally worth watching.
The Eye: The only thing that could ruin this movie is this movie. I will never understand the need for supernatural films to come up with scientific explanations for the supernatural stuff that happens in them. “Surprise, this is actually mundane!”
Juno: You are Tokyo, Juno is Godzilla.
The Spiderwick Compass: No Blood for Old Men: Powerful performances about magic and murder in a West Texas airship with oil.
